About the Role
As the Director of Global Sales, you will play a key role in leading and driving the company’s global sales strategy. Your mission is to ensure growth and profitability by developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales revenue and expand the company’s market share worldwide.
Your responsibilities include leading the global sales team, which involves coaching, training, and developing staff as well as recruitment. In this role, it is important to create a culture of achievement and success within the sales organization. Naturally, your responsibility also includes building and further developing long-term relationships with key customers and partners worldwide. You are also responsible for actively engaging with the customer base in Europe, analyzing market trends, and competitor activities – all to ensure that Persson Innovation remains and becomes the customer’s first choice of supplier!
The role involves travel. You will be part of the company’s management team and report to the CEO, who is based in Kumla, Sweden.
Your profile
We expect you to have at least five years of experience in international sales and previous leadership experience. Experience in leading virtual teams is advantageous. We will place great emphasis on your personality in this recruitment. To be successful, we see you as an energetic person driven by both relationships and commercial success. You have a strategic mindset but are stimulated by being operational in the field where you meet both new and existing customers. You are adaptable to changes and challenges within the global market environment, and you speak and write both Swedish and English.

The role is a permanent position, based in Kumla, Sweden and should be filled as soon as possible.
