Meet André Carrion – new Area Sales Manager in South America
André Carrion recently started working at Persson Innovation as Area Sales Manager in South America. We sat down with André and asked him a few questions to get to know him better. Read the details of our interview below.
Who is André Carrion?
I´m a Brazilian materials engineer, married and have two kids. I experienced Sweden one year as AFS exchange student when I was 17 years old, since then I´ve been in contact with the Swedish culture and worked 14 years for the company Gunnebo Industries.
What will your responsibilities be as Area Sales Manager?
I´m responsible to develop Persson Innovation’s business in South America showing the market why our brand means innovation, premium quality and sustainability to consumers. The best part of being Area Sales Manager is to deliver the Persson Innovation message to our customers and also to create a better experience to consumers.
Why did you want to join Persson Innovation?
I wanted to join Persson Innovation because I´m fascinated with the possibility of working with a global company which bring innovation and sustainability to customers. I’m looking forward to be a part of growth and sustainability. I do believe Persson Innovation have a great product and that we can grow together.
What does sustainability mean to you?
For me, sustainability means a better world and future to my kids and the planet. I think it’s important to re-think your packaging, both because it’s easier holding your box in one rather than both hands, but also because I really believe that we need to replace plastic for sustainable materials.
