Persson Innovation Appoints Andreas Carlson as New CEO
Kumla, Sweden. Persson Innovation, a global company and market leading manufacturer of sustainable paper handles, has appointed Andreas Carlson, currently the Global Sales Director at Persson Innovation, as their new CEO. Carlson will assume his new role on February 1st.
Andreas Carlson takes on the role of CEO at Persson Innovation. The Board emphasizes that the company’s new CEO is accustomed to managing operations in times of change, where Carlson in his new role at Persson Innovation will continue to drive the development and growth journey for which they are already embarked.
“The Board is very pleased to welcome Andreas Carlson as the next CEO of Persson Innovation. He is a strong leader with a focus on sales and marketing, and has extensive experience in leading operations through change,” says Monika Gutén, Chair of the Board for Persson Innovation.
Andreas Carlson, who joined Persson Innovation as Global Sales Director in March 2021, has been instrumental over the course of his first three years in restructuring and developing the company’s sales and marketing efforts. He now looks forward to taking on the role of CEO.

I am truly looking forward to this new assignment, where I together with our employees and customers, will continue to develop the company,” says Andreas Carlson, incoming CEO of Persson Innovation, and continues:
“For me, it is important that we continue the innovative development journey that we have already begun, where we continue to strengthen our global market position. We will also continue to set the agenda for a sustainable transition from plastic to paper within the packaging industry.”
Andreas Carlson brings several years of previous experience from global roles in senior positions into his new assignment. He will also continue in his current role as Global Sales Director until a successor is in place.
