Storskogen new owner of Persson Innovation
Storskogen has as of October 11th acquired Persson Innovation. The company will be part of Storskogen´s business area Industry and the Products segment, for which Fredrik Bergegård is responsible.
“We are very happy to have acquired Persson Innovation from Ceder Capital. It is a very fine company with a near 40-year history of excellent qualifications, enabling customers to reduce or eliminate the use of plastics in packaging applications and has acquired a strong position globally. It will be very exciting to support the company on its continued journey of growth,” says Fredrik Bergegård, EVP Business Area Industry at Storskogen.
Storskogen acquires and develops well-managed and profitable small and medium-sized companies with leading positions in their respective markets. At the end of the first half-year 2021, Storskogen consisted of 94 business units with approximately 7,000 employees and a trailing annual turnover (RTM) of almost SEK 19 billion.
