Persson Innovation is continuing its development journey and expanding the organization with two new positions: Head of Production and Projects and Customer Support Agent. These hires are a natural step as the company grows, and assignments become more complex.
In recent years the customer base has expanded, and the number and scope of projects have increased. To keep pace with both the tempo and the requirements, Persson Innovation is consolidating responsibilities that were previously spread across several functions. The result is two clearly defined roles. CEO Andreas Carlson frames the initiative:
“We are in a phase where both demand and the complexity of our assignments are increasing. To continue delivering with high quality while creating room for growth, we needed to strengthen the organization in two key areas: customer-facing support and structured project and production management.”
Stepping In as Customer Support Agent, Katarina Furst brings experience from customer‑facing work and administration, together with a solution‑oriented way of working. Her structured approach supports a more systematic customer dialogue – making it easier to identify needs early, address them proactively and bring insights back into the organization.
Joakim Björkegren, new Head of Production and Projects, becomes a key piece in creating structure and stability as both volume and complexity grow. With a background as Director of Projects and Development, his remit across planning, prioritization, and follow-up lays the foundation for better use of resources, clearer processes, and a long-term view on capacity.
Together, the roles enable a more cohesive and scalable way of working. Bringing customer support together under a dedicated function enables faster responses, clearer dialogue, and better forward planning in day-to-day customer matters, while the production and project function brings order and clarity to internal flows.
“Katarina’s ability to bring clarity to the customer dialogue and Joakim’s structured approach to production and projects make us better prepared for the next step in our development. They complement the organization in ways that are felt both day to day and in our long-term work. The result is better prioritization, stronger customer experiences, and a more scalable organization,” says Andreas Carlson.
